This beautiful 3 bedroom house is located on a centrally located resort called Green Leaf Villas. The resort is located within walking distance of a small supermarket and a 3-minute drive from the large Mangusa Supermarket on the Cascoraweg in Curacao. The center of Willemstad is located at a 10 to 15 minute drive. The Green Leaf Villas resort is located in the Abrahamsz district.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor is a cozy living room with a beautiful kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, built-in oven, 4 burner gas hob, extractor and fridge with freezer. The granite counter top in the kitchen has double sinks. The living room has a dining area and a lounge area where you can watch television and relax at your leisure. The house has a cozy character that is created by the beautiful warm colors of the wooden ceiling.
Bedrooms
On the ground floor there is one bedroom which has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor. These together share a neat bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. On the top floor is also a lovely spacious covered balcony, where you can enjoy a breeze. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have air conditioners.
Extra information
As mentioned earlier, this beautiful 3 bedroom house is located on a closed resort. The resort is quiet and has a lovely swimming pool that you can walk to from the house. Residents have access to the resort via an automatic fence operated by remote control or access pass. The house also has a carport so you can park your car in the shade on your own property. This 3 bedroom house is fully furnished, but the landlord can be flexible and offer it (partly) unfurnished if necessary. There is already a FLOW 15 mb internet connection which you can optionally take over for 95 ANG per month. This is useful because because as a tenant you aren’t immediately without internet for a few weeks.
