This modern villa with sea view and a beautiful pool is located on the T section of Blue Bay. Blue Bay is a wonderful resort located on less than a 10-minute drive from Willemstad. Layout
This villa with sea view is built under architecture (Studio 8) and has 2 floors. When You enter the villa on the top floor you will immediately notice the fantastic panoramic views of the sea. Sleek, modern and light are the characteristics that match this living room. On the left side of the living room is the kitchen with modern looks and lots of practical storage space. The kitchen is of course equipped with a dishwasher, spacious cooking island, double door fridge, built-in combi microwave, and an oven. From the kitchen, you can enter the terrace where there is plenty of space for a large dining table or lounge set.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor. Of course, you have a great views at the ocean from the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and a bathroom ensuite. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. Furthermore the bathroom has double sinks with storage space.
The second bedroom is also located on the top floor and, like the main bedroom, has a spacious bathroom ensuite. On the top floor, there is also a third room which is used as a home office. There is also a pantry room and a guest toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Via terrace, you reach a staircase that leads you to the basement. At this level, the swimming pool is situated together with a spacious covered terrace. The guesthouse is spacious and has its own bathroom which ensures that your guests have a lot of privacy.
