Hi there! It’s an honour to have you here! My name is Nick Hoetmer and I am the owner NH Real Estate & Associates and I have been selling real estate since 2010 on Curacao. In the past few years my team and me, sold hundreds of homes. We represent sellers and buyers. Furthermore, we work with tenants, investors, and lessors. Our clients are locals, Dutch, Americans , Canadians, Venezuelans, Germans and others. We speak Dutch, English, Spanish and a little German.

Buying? We usually start with an intake meeting to get to know each other better. This can be in person as well as in a video call using WhatsApp, FaceTime or Zoom.
