These luxury apartments are for rent in Cas Grandi, a quiet residential area close to The Spanish Water and Jan Thiel. It is located at the Cocabana resort, which is fully gated. The gate can only be opened with the remote control.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully furnished. When you enter the apartment, you will find yourself in the living room where also the kitchen is located. The kitchen is equipped with a bar, stove and a dishwasher. The bedrooms have air-conditioning and a beautiful bathroom ensuite. The bathroom has a toilet shower and hot water. There is a separate guest toilet in the hall at the entrance.
The garden is very tropical, whereby you have enough privacy. On the resort, there is a big swimming pool and enough of parking space. The apartment has Wi-Fi and resort fee included.
In this resort there are 3 kinds of apartments. The apartment we describe here is located in the bigger building. In this building you have intermediate apartments and corner apartments. This luxury apartment is for rent with a rental price of 2375 NAF per month.
