Bon Dia! 👋

My name is Emma Turkenburg. I was born in the Netherlands, grew up in Zwolle and studied in Groningen, where I earned my master’s degrees in Strategic Innovation Management and Marketing Intelligence. 🤓

Before joining NH-Realestate, I spent ten years working in data and analytics at companies such as RTL Netherlands, SpotX, Crisp and Kooyman, building forecasting models, dashboards and plenty of spreadsheets. 📊 Over time, I realized that the part of my work I enjoyed most was never the modeling or coding itself. It was the people: meeting with clients, seeing colleagues happy when a new tool made their jobs easier, and helping managers make decisions by finding the data they needed.

That’s why I chose a career where people come first. Buying, selling or renting a home is one of the most personal decisions there is, and I take pride in guiding my clients through it with care, patience and a personal approach. 🏡

My analytical background is still one of my strengths. You can count on me for a clear, honest picture of the market, realistic pricing and advice based on solid data.

In my spare time, you’ll find me hiking one of the island’s many beautiful trails with my dogs 🐕, looking for the next great restaurant or bar (ask me for insider tips 😉), or on Sundays on the field hockey pitch, where I’m the goalie for one of our local teams! 🏑

I speak Dutch and English.
